CAN I USE YOUR PRODUCTS FOR ALL DOG SIZES?
Yes! Our products are designed to fit a wide range of dog sizes — from tiny pups to larger breeds. We offer sizes from XS to L, and most of our harnesses and collars are highly adjustable to ensure a secure and comfortable fit. Be sure to check our size guide for detailed measurements
HOW SHOULD I WASH YOUR PRODUCTS?
Our products are machine washable, which makes cleaning super easy. We recommend using a delicate cycle with cold water and placing the item inside a laundry bag if possible. Once washed, let it air dry — do not tumble dry.
MY DOG IS BETWEEN SIZES, WHICH ONE SHOULD I CHOOSE?
If your dog is between sizes, we always recommend sizing up. Choosing the larger size ensures a more comfortable fit and allows room for adjustment. A snug fit is important, but it should never be too tight or restrictive.

Yes, we ship worldwide!
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO BE SHIPPED?
We aim to dispatch orders within up to 5 business days.
Once shipped, US orders typically arrive within 3–7 days. Transit times for international orders may vary and are outside our control.
CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER AFTER PLACING IT?
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us at woof@furlou.com as soon as possible.
While we’ll do our best to accommodate, we can’t guarantee changes once the order has been processed or shipped.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We accept returns of unused and unworn items within 14 days of purchase for store credit only.

CAN I EXCHANGE A PRODUCT IF IT DOESN’T FIT OR I DON’T LIKE IT?
We don’t offer direct exchanges at the moment. Instead, you can return the item for store credit and place a new order for the correct item.
DO I NEED TO PAY FOR RETURN SHIPPING?
Yes. If you're in the US, we provide a $6 return label, and this amount is deducted from your store credit.
International customers are responsible for their own return shipping.
CAN I GET A REFUND INSTEAD OF AN EXCHANGE?
At this time, we only offer store credit for returns. Refunds to the original payment method are not available.
