Exchanges, Returns and Cancellations Policy

The customer may cancel their order while it has not yet been processed, directly through the customer account area at https://shopify.com/23801659472/account. Once the order has been processed, cancellation is no longer possible, and the customer may request an exchange or return under the terms indicated below.

Your satisfaction is what matters most to us 🤍 If for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, unused and unworn items can be returned for store credit within 14 days of purchase. EU customers are entitled to a refund via the original payment method within 14 days of receiving their order, in accordance with EU consumer law.

To process a return, access your customer account area at https://shopify.com/23801659472/account and follow the instructions. A prepaid return label is available for $6, which will be deducted from your store credit (US only).

We quality check every product we ship out to our customers but if you happen to receive a faulty product, we are happy to offer an exchange. Please submit your request through the same link.

Furlou reserves the right to reject items that do not comply with our return policy and are used or worn out.

In the event that there is an issue with your order, contact us within 5 days of the delivery date.
