Your satisfaction is what matters most to us 🤍 If for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, unused and unworn items can be returned for store credit within 14 days of purchase.
To process a return, email us at woof@furlou.com and we will provide you with a $6 return shipping label that will be deducted from your store credit (USA only).
We quality check every product we ship out to our customers but if you happen to receive a faulty product, we are happy to offer exchange for the product, just email is at woof@furlou.com.
Furlou is not responsible for the misuse of our products.
Furlou reserves the right to reject items that do not comply with our return policy and are used or worn out.
